Recovery Room is an upscale furniture upholstery business. Husband and wife, Cody and Sabrina O’Neal owned and operated since 2019. We offer residential and commercial upholstery services, custom slipcovers, cushions, pillows, foam, and fabric, and we always provide free quotes.

What started as a hobby in 2019 quickly grew into a full-blown business. Before becoming the entrepreneurs we are today, Cody worked in construction for Streamline, and Sabrina worked as a barista at Sweet Beans. Born and raised on the coast of Carteret County, we both thought college was the only way to success. Our full-time jobs had no room for growth, so we decided to reupholster furniture as a side hustle. After 6 months, word spread throughout our small town, and we were getting daily phone calls and messages about reupholstery work. In January 2020, we became an LLC, and by June, we left Streamline and Sweet Beans to pursue upholstery full-time. Since then, we have received over 60 five-star Google reviews, completed at least 800 pieces of furniture, met amazing new customers, and switched from an LLC to an S-Corp. We have grown so much in the last 6 years, thanks to all of you!
